Pisani: palese l’inefficacia della pubblicizzata sanatoria Equitalia. Il governo preferisce le slot macchine alla vita dei contribuenti
“La cosiddetta mini sanatoria Equitalia delle cartelle esattoriali pagabili senza interessi venuta fuori dal cilindro della legge di stabilità, scatena la delusione dei contribuenti ed è considerabile un classico bluff del tassificio italiano. Solo pochi aderiranno e non ci sarà nessun vantaggio per popolazione in crisi”, dichiara l’avv. Angelo Pisani, presidente di NoiConsumatori.it.
Continua l’avvocato Angelo Pisani: “un’altra presa in giro colossale della politica dei poteri forti questa specie di norma sulla rottamazione dei ruoli Equitalia, solo una trovata mediatica di politici senza percezione della crisi e senza scrupoli per tener buoni i cittadini che però non sono fessi. Infatti nello specifico – sottolinea Pisani – non serve a nessuno che il termine ed il versamento di quanto dovuto vengano fissati al 28 febbraio 2014 e tutto in un’unica soluzione”.
Pisani poi spiega: ”La decisione della commissione bilancio di Montecitorio, durante le votazioni degli emendamenti presentati alla legge di stabilità, sembra una norma varata da marziani ignari dei sistemi di riscossione Equitalia ed incapaci di conoscere i problemi di milioni di cittadini e imprese rispetto ai gravosi ed ingiustificati addebiti creati negli ultimi 15 anni dal tassificio e sistema di riscossione di stato”.
“Come è possibile pretendere che milioni di cittadini e aziende in crisi e senza liquidità possano pagare i ruoli arretrati, se pur senza interessi, in 50 giorni ed in unica soluzione? Purtroppo il “sistema informatico Equitalia era ed è una delle maggiori cause della crisi di questo nostro Paese mortificando e bloccando i contribuenti bel circuito economico”. Pisani ha poi concluso: “Un Parlamento che legifera questa versione della mini sanatoria spacciandola per aiuto ai contribuenti dimostra di essere composto da gente che non vuole vedere e capire i problemi del Paese reale, senza percezione della realtà e di ciò che e’ stato fatto, provocando solo totale indignazione di fronte a questi provvedimenti che gridano aiuto e giustizia con una mobilitazione forte delle imprese per un fisco che non uccida altra gente e i lavoratori come gli imprenditori”.
